Originally designed as a "digital paradise", the world of Lyoko is seriously under threat.
The computer that was used to create this world-XANA-has a bug. It has decided to claim its independence and is out to
conquer Earth! Meanwhile, inside Lyoko, the virtual human creature Aelita has been busy fighting XANA, alone.
At long last, she is recieving help from our world:
A bunch of earthling schoolkids know all about Lyoko and XANA's evil intentions.
Their names are Odd, Ulrich, Yumi, and Jeremie.
These four kids lead a secret double life:
they are regular students during school hours, becoming planet-saving heroes the next.
If they were to tell the authorities, however, Lyoko would be destroyed.
